Hey Pack 34 Parents,
I'm sorry if this messes up your calendars but we are changing the date of the campout to Sat. April 21. We did this because the Marin Council has given us 2 exclusive hours on the archery range on Sunday 4/22 from 11:30 to 1:30.
If your son has never done archery before they have professionally trained instructors whose number one priority is safety. Plan to come up on Saturday afternoon, eat dinner, enjoy smores around the campfire then Sunday we'll have breakfast, fish in the pond, and enjoy some archery. Details to follow.
Sat. 4/21, 9 am to 12 noon. Earth Day/Mill Valley Beautification Day Boyle Park Cleanup
Come when you can before or after baseball. Please wear scout uniforms!
Sat 4/21 12 noon to Sun 4/19 12 noon. Tamarancho Campout
One-night campout at Camp Tamarancho in Fairfax. Details to follow but plan to spend the night or come for the evening or on Sunday.
Wed. 5/9, 7 PM, Pack Meeting, Scout Hall

Saturday 5/26 8 am, Memorial Day Flag planting at Presidio Cemetery in SF
Did you know that only scouts and veterans are allowed to plant flags at the national cemeteries? This event makes you look at Memorial Day as much more than a 3-day weekend.
Monday 5/28, Time TBD, Mill Valley Memorial Day Parade
We're marching/scootering en masse with all MV Cub Scouts.
Wed. 6/6 7 PM Bridging Pool Party at Homestead Valley Pool
This is our end of the year blowout.
Sat 6/9 9 am to 12 Noon, Fishing Derby at Marin Rod and Gun Club
The club opens its pier (north of Richmond SR Bridge) to all Marin cub scouts for fishing.
