Howdy Den Leaders,
Per discussion with those of you I managed to speak with during Bridging last Wed, it's time to lock headcount for our fast-approaching 4-5-6 June Tamarancho campout. Please engage your Den families (email, voicemail, cellphone, knock on their door, whatever it takes) and define the headcount for your Den like so, replacing the "?" with a number:
| Friday Night, June 4 | ? Adults | ? Kids |
| Saturday Night, June 5 | ? Adults | ? Kids |
By all means use judgement if some families respond with a "maybe" (e.g., 2 kid "maybes" could reasonably = 1 kid for a given night), but we will consider your headcount as a hard number, and commit Pack financial resources based on it.
Please respond by email to Duncan Schmidt (cc me if you'd like) as he has kindly volunteered to compile the results. Duncan and I will consider the headcount locked by next Wed 19-Jun-04 and then roll on tour permit, lifeguard reservations, Tamarancho final fees, food purchase lists and the rest of it.
