Pinewood Derby: Duties per Den
Hi Everyone,
Please make sure you get to your parents "right away" this week! We have a lot of moving parts on this one.

Everyone should know the following:
- Race is being held at Scout Hall
- Car Checkin is Saturday, March 6: 4-6pm (no check ins on game day)
- Race is Sunday, March 7: 4-7pm
- Tigers race first, then Wolves, Bears, Webelos then open class
From our Committee meeting, we laid out responsibilities per Den. Please make sure you are covered on your duties (get all parents to help out, to make it easy for all). And if you have extra bandwidth, help out in other areas.
Please note that the food responsibility and trophy acquisition is wholly owned by Pack 34. All other items are jointly owned with Pack 1.
Below is the plan per the committee meeting:
Pre - March 6- Webelos 4th Grade: Acquire trophies (Dave Lundgren has accomplished already)
March 6- Webelos 5th Grade: Car check in (Mike Jefferies)
- Wolf (Hiti): Track set up
- Wolf (Ryder): Purchase of pizzas, chips and sodas for Sunday
March 7- Wolf (Kim Kirley): Sell Food during Tiger races
- Tigers (Will Cannell): Sell Food during Wolf and Bear races
- Bears (Duncan): Clean up
- Wolf (Hiti) : Break Down track
Leader Duties- Kerry: General CubMaster stuff, announcing car winners, kissing babies, stump speech...
- Greg: Keeping above operations in tact
- Israel: Helping on coordinating all of above with Greg
