Den Leaders,
Please let your families know that their son should be 75% done with their achievements by next weeks meeting.
For example: Wolves have 12 achievements, so they should have earned their 3rd bead by next week. If they haven't, they will have some catch up to do.
Baseball/Softball and Swimming are starting now, so demands on everyone's time will be very high over the next couple months.
I would recommend that each Den leader set up a Mega Den meeting to knock out several achievements in one blow...in March if possible (opening day for baseball & softball is March 20, not sure on swimming). This would take alot of pressure off of everyone and give a chance to have a fun meeting. Weekend early mornings 9 or 10am or late afternoons, 3 or 4pm may be best for turnout.
Bridging is just 2 months away, so crunch time has arrived!
