Blue and Gold Dinner Coming Up

Hi Scout Families,

I will be organizing the Blue and Gold dinner, please mark your calendars for Saturday January 31st 5:30-7:30ish. If you could respond back by letting me know if you and your family can make it (head count) and what you can sign up for. This is a fun event and it is one event of the year the whole family is invited to.

Could you sign up for at least one of these: and also it is the responsibility of each family to bring bottled water for your family.

1. 5:oopm set up


2. Pizza order from Stefano's (enough for at least 15 kids, cheese is a good bet) maybe two families for this one.


3. Kentucky fried chicken (enough for 15 kids)


4. Large green salad


5. Fruit salad


6. Decorated large cake in the theme of "Adventures in Scouting" (this is fun for the entire family to participate in)


7. Sell raffle tickets at the event


8. Clean up.
